Tim Yasinski grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and now lives in Southern Utah with his wife, three kids, and their dog, July. He’s big on family time and enjoys staying active—skiing, watching football, and meeting up for coffee when he can.
Tim brings a unique background to real estate, with experience as an active-duty Air Force member, a Human Resources professional at Hill AFB, and a teacher. Those years shaped his calm, people-focused approach and his ability to guide others through important decisions with clarity and confidence.
He’s in real estate because he genuinely enjoys helping people—and he takes pride in making the process easier than expected. Outside of work, Tim is happiest with his family or finding the best all-you-can-eat sushi in town.
