Alyssa Ramazetti grew up in a charming hill town just outside San Francisco before making the move to St. George in 2020—shortly before half of California followed her lead.
Though newer to the area, Alyssa has deep roots here. Her family lineage traces back to early St. George pioneers, and family lore says they were up before sunrise to claim the best plots in town. That competitive spirit clearly stuck.
When she’s not working, Alyssa loves to travel—though leaving her beloved cat, Boo, is never easy. France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal top her list of favorite destinations. She’s also deeply creative and spent several years as a nail technician at Colour Salon in Santa Clara, where attention to detail and precision were everything.
As a transplant, Alyssa learned St. George the old-fashioned way: by exploring it herself. Now, she loves sharing her insider knowledge on the best spots, hidden gems, and local favorites. She’s excited to build her career in real estate, learn every aspect of the business, and serve the community she’s proud to call home.
