Lou was born and raised in Chicago, where he lived for 30 years. He then spent seven years in Georgia before moving to southern Utah, where he has been living for the past six years and thoroughly enjoying it. Lou has traveled extensively across the United States for work and leisure and appreciates the minimal traffic that southern Utah offers compared to bustling cities. With 24 years of experience in the construction field, Lou is well-versed in various aspects of home and property maintenance, from framing to finish carpentry. His wife grew up in southern Utah, and her family still lives in and loves St. George. Lou and his wife spend their time with their daughter, participating in outdoor activities offered by the region. Lou is a sports fan, music lover, and half-decent carpenter who adores all pets and is fluent in all these subjects. He has lived in both Washington County and Iron County, where he currently resides with his family and a collection of pets, both indoor (one pup) and outdoor (goats and sheep.) Lou is well-versed in everything southern Utah has to offer, and whether you are buying or selling, he will help guide you in the right direction.
