Hey guys -
I wanted to send this sooner, but I was perusing super cringey “Happy Thanksgiving” Canva templates…
Come on! You know I don't roll like that. And please don't ever send those out - your clients really don't want them!
I did drive with the family to Phoenix, AZ today…We took the "back way" from St. George through Flagstaff. It was actually relatively peaceful on the roads!
And 77 degrees in Phoenix - gratitude abounds!
Speaking of gratitude, we dished out 229 pies to clients yesterday. Several Agents asked how many pies we distributed at Larkin Group Pie Day.
Here are the details:
- 129 Apple, 100 Pumpkin.
- Average pie cost: $11
- Total cost: Around $2600 to Costco for Pies, another $50 for labels we put over the price, and a QR code to get a Google review (Clever!)
If you're “Pie-day curious", I created an entire playbook for you to rip off and duplicate (Also known as “R&D”)
I linked it here, no personal info needed. Just a killer Google Doc
guide to our most effective relationship and referral event of the year!
I also did a quick reel on Insta if you want to digest it that way: Pie Day Video
Enjoy your Thanksgiving (if you're stateside), and feel free to reach back if you have a burning question about growing your business!

PS - Turkey is typically dry and very much overrated. I said it and I stand by it! I'd take a spiral ham all day long, but I'll enjoy some turkey anyway

.
PSS - I'm hosting a FREE 1-hour webinar on Monday, Dec. 1, to help Agents get the right things done in December so they have January closings! I'll send out a recording if you can't make it, just be sure to register
HERE.
