It's ranked among the top courses in the entire state and has hosted PGA Tour competition, putting Southern Utah squarely on the national golf map.
• Sand Hollow Resort — Championship Course (Hurricane) — Long considered the marquee round in the region, this John Fought and Andy Staples design plays along dramatic cliffside holes with panoramic views of Pine Valley Mountain and the red rock canyons below. Several holes have landed in national "greatest holes" rankings, and Sand Hollow also offers a Links Course (played with hickory-style clubs) and Utah's only par-3 Wee Course for a faster, more casual round.
• Copper Rock Golf Course (Hurricane) — Opened in 2020 and already one of the most talked-about courses in the state, Copper Rock sits below the Hurricane Cliffs with sweeping views toward Zion National Park. The course has hosted LPGA Tour competition and offers wide, forgiving fairways paired with a strong test around the greens.
• Coral Canyon Golf Course (Washington) — A Keith Foster design just minutes from downtown, winding through red rock formations and natural desert washes with views toward Zion.
• The Ledges of St. George — Perched above Snow Canyon State Park, this Matt Dye-designed layout is one of the most scenic in-town options, running about 10 degrees cooler than the valley floor thanks to its elevation.
• Entrada at Snow Canyon — A David McLay Kidd design known for its dramatic "Devil's Cauldron" stretch of holes woven through ancient lava formations, sandstone cliffs, and rolling dunes. Entrada carries a more private, exclusive feel compared to the area's public resort courses.

• Sunbrook Golf Club — Twenty-seven holes across three distinct nines (Pointe, Woodbridge, and Black Rock), including the famous island-green par-3 on the Woodbridge nine. A local favorite for its variety and value.
• Green Spring Golf Course (Washington) — One of the original desert layouts that put Southern Utah golf on the map, with a front nine through red rock canyons and a signature par-3 sixth hole carrying over a dramatic ravine.
• SunRiver Golf Club — Set in the Virgin River Valley, known for the only bent-grass tees in Southern Utah and smooth, well-maintained greens.
• St. George Golf Club — A city-owned course and the most walkable layout in town, especially striking in winter when dormant Bermuda fairways contrast against overseeded rye.
• Dixie Red Hills Golf Course — St. George's original course, opened in 1965 right in town. A charming 9-hole track that's often called one of the best short courses in the state.
