Most Agents already gave up on 2025… header image.

But you could be lining up closings for Q1…(and the end of Q4)

 

You see the look on my face above? Ouch. That was 6 hours into an 11-hour Mtn. Bike race last summer…
 
I wasn't terribly keen on continuing at that moment…(the Park City Point to Point race for your Mtn Bikers)
 
If you haven't done an endurance event like this, understand: it changes you. It makes you see life—and our short time on this planet—differently.
 
I know what you're thinking:
“I have time… next week… next month… I'll get it done in Q1.”
 
That would be a costly mistake. Instead, consider the following: 
 
If you start on October 13th, there'll be:
  • 80 days left in 2025
  • About 58 workdays (M-F) excluding major holidays
That's 58 chances to change your year. (Or more if you want to crank out some 6-day weeks)
 
I get it.
You're worn out.
It's been a grind.
You're questioning yourself, the market, maybe your team or brokerage.
Some of the goals you set back in January might even feel farther away now than they did then.
 
But here's the thing: the year's not over.
And neither are you.

These next 2.5 months can flip the script.
Momentum stacks.
Habits add up.

And small wins, over and over, become big closings.
 
Think about it.
 
If you held 5 open houses every week from now until the end of the year, that's 55 open houses.
 
Even at just one hot prospect for every two open houses, that's 27 new hot prospects!
 
If you spoke to 10 people a day (50 per week), you'd find at least 1 new prospect per day.
 
Over the next 11 weeks, that's another 55 prospects…can you feel your pipeline filling up right now?!
 
And if you committed to just 15 minutes of skill-building each day, 5 days a week, that's 58 sessions.

That's 15 hours sharpening your craft before the year turns.
 
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THESE EFFORTS? READ ON. ⤵️
Stack it up:
  • 27prospects from open houses.
  • 55 prospects from conversations.
  • 14.5 hours invested in yourself.
That's nearly 85 opportunities and a sharper, stronger version of you to take into 2026.
 
And behind those numbers are real people:
  • A widowed grandma or grandpa, sitting in a big empty home full of memories, needing your guidance
  • A relocation buyer packing boxes in another state and praying to find the right home before their new job starts
  • A growing family, tripping over toys, needing space—and your expertise so they can find more space and breathe again
But you can't help someone you don't speak to. So let me ask you…
 
What are you waiting for?
How long have you been saying you would do this?
Is this a pattern?

Imagine looking at your spouse, your children, or even yourself 12 months from now, realizing you burned another year without stepping into your greatness.
 
Now imagine that same conversation next year… knowing you gave everything you had, built a thriving, consistent, satisfying business, and earned plenty of money.
