Any guesses which one it is?
Hey Team -
Last week, my wife's entire extended family (all 33 of us) piled onto the Star of the Seas, currently the largest cruise ship in the world, to celebrate her mom's birthday.
Thirty-three people. One trip. No one got lost. No one got left behind.
Honestly, it was a miracle in itself. And yes, it's moments like these that remind me… I definitely married well.

The ship is literally floating city with neighborhoods! 7200 passengers and 2500 crew were onboard! I may write an entire summary another day.
But the real highlight for my son and me was a behind-the-scenes tour of the Galley Kitchen with the head chef, Jason, from Jamaica.
If you want to grow your real estate production (and income), keep reading!
Calling it a “kitchen” is like calling the Las Vegas Strip a “street.”
They serve 30,000 meals weekly! They bake
10,000 rolls a day and go through 20,000 pounds of potatoes every friggin' week.

They know exactly how many shrimp cocktails get eaten in a week and can predict almost perfectly how many strawberry shortcakes they'll need tonight.
Why? Because nothing runs on hope.
Everything runs on systems, standards, and SOPs. If that term is new to you, it means “Standards of Procedure.”
The SOPs are literally on the walls and refrigerator doors around the kitchen
Even the dishes have to be washed at 180 degrees. If the machine doesn't hit temp, they stop, reset it, and rewash everything. No “close enough.”
Even their backup plans have standards.
Watching this, I couldn't stop thinking about my real estate business…your real estate business!
Most agents tell me they want more consistency and predictability in their income. But then they try to get it by buying more leads and working “harder.”
This ship doesn't scale with hustle. It scales with architecture.
Predictable real estate income isn't built on motivation. Motivation wears off every day, and often before 11 AM.
It's built on repeatable systems.
If you want a business that feels calmer, more reliable, and more profitable, the answer probably isn't more chaos.
It's built on a better structure.
Where do you feel this most in your business right now?
