Jennifer is a Montana girl but considers St. George home! The Larkin Group culture came calling, and Jennifer left the corporate world, where she led a team of over 300 employees. As our Director of Growth, Jennifer loves bringing in new agents and grooming them with our solid training program and continued support. This position is the perfect fit for her as her most profound joy is helping people figure out how to win in life. Jennifer has also been with Pampered Chef for over 25 years, which is strange because she claims she is only 40! She has four daughters and four grandchildren and loves spending time with them. When not working, Jennifer enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, lounging by the pool, gardening, and antiquing. It's also worth noting that she has a shoe addiction; however, she quickly assures us it's not her fault - she was born on National Shoe Day.
