McKennan is a proud Southern Utah native with deep roots in the community. She earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Public Administration from Southern Utah University—a school her great-grandfather helped build by hauling timber with horse teams and wagons. That legacy of hard work and service continues to shape how McKennan lives and works today.
Family is at the center of McKennan’s life. She finds her greatest joy in caring for her two children, her husband, and her extended family, all of whom are part of the community she proudly serves.
In real estate, McKennan’s approach is thoughtful and intentional. She believes the best outcomes come from carefully matching each client’s unique needs with the right solution. Rather than selling a product, she focuses on helping people make informed decisions—whether they’re opening a new chapter, closing one, or simply exploring their options. Her process is rooted in listening, education, and attention to detail.
McKennan’s commitment to service extends well beyond real estate. She’s actively involved in community initiatives including the Larkin Group Basket Brigade, Vision Iron County Economic Development, and Sisters & Mothers Authentically Showing up to Help (SMASH). She also hosts a weekly local radio show, Wired Wednesday, airing every Wednesday morning on KSUB 590 AM, as a way to educate, connect, and add value to the community she loves.
McKennan understands that life—and real estate—can feel overwhelming at times. Her goal is to help make it clearer, calmer, and more manageable, while helping families protect what matters most and prepare for what’s next.
