Lou was born and raised in Chicago, where he spent 30 years before relocating to Georgia for 7 years and eventually settling in Southern Utah, where he’s now happily living for the past 6. After years of travel for both work and leisure, Lou especially appreciates the lighter traffic and wide-open feel of the region—something Southern Utah does exceptionally well.
With 24 years of experience in construction, Lou brings deep, practical knowledge to real estate. From framing to finish carpentry, he understands homes from the inside out and has a keen eye for property condition, maintenance, and long-term value.
Lou’s wife grew up in Southern Utah, and her family still calls St. George home. Together, they spend their time with their daughter, enjoying the outdoor lifestyle the area offers. Lou is a sports fan, music lover, and a self-described half-decent carpenter who adores animals—skills and interests he claims to be fluent in.
Having lived in both Washington County and Iron County, where he currently resides with his family, a dog, and an assortment of outdoor animals (including goats and sheep), Lou knows Southern Utah well. Whether buying or selling, he’s ready to guide clients with steady insight, local knowledge, and a practical approach they can trust.
