Allison is a St. George native, Dixie High graduate, and BYU alum with a background that blends creativity, discipline, and operational excellence. While she has extensive experience in music and dance, her professional passion lies in systems, workflows, and behind-the-scenes operations.
Known for her sharp eye for detail and love of organization, Allison specializes in database management, process refinement, editing, and keeping complex systems running smoothly. She’s the person who notices what’s missing, fixes what’s broken, and builds solutions that make everyone else’s work easier.
As the only team member related to CEO Jeremy, Allison brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady operational backbone to The Larkin Group. She’s also a mom of two and manages a clowder of cats—because chaos is easier to handle when your systems are solid.
