What do you love about this area?

 

The things I love about St George would have to be the small town feel and how close I am to everything! I'm so spoiled that it takes me less than 5 minutes to get to work and less than 10 minutes to get almost anywhere else. It's a huge family community and it's fun to run into my family and friends when I'm out and about.

Tell us about your neighborhood:

 

Our neighborhood is fantastic for taking care of each other. We have the sweetest people around us. Darling older couples and amazing young families surround us! My kids love having friends close by and sweet "adopted" grandparents who always dote on them.

What about Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences"?

 

I love having all my conveniences within a couple of minutes. I am always at Harmons or Target, and both Walmarts are less than 10 minutes from me! My kids have dance, soccer, and gymnastics all within a very short distance. This location has spoiled me.

What specifically drew you to THIS property?

 

When we first saw this home, we loved the personality; it's not a cookie cutter home. We were so excited at the prospect of having a pool in our own back yard. We loved that it had lots of elbow room for our growing family.

In terms of leisure for your family, what type of hobbies and interests are convenient from this area?

 

We like to go 4 wheeling as a family and it's so fun to have so many options close by, such as Washington Fields and Sand Hollow. There are awesome bike trails just a few blocks away that take you through some breathtaking scenery. Also, parks so close, they are a great destination for a Sunday walk.
