1. Things you love about your town:
     We love St. George's warm climate with year-round activities. Abundant biking and hiking trails, and really fun parks and splash pads. We love the easy access to I-15 to head north for cooler weather or to Las Vegas for entertainment.


2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:
     Our well-established neighborhood is safe and a great place to raise a family. The elementary school (Heritage Elem) is straight down the street with a crossing guard right on our corner. The bus stop for the Intermediate School (Tonaquint) is right across the street. Neighborhood has friendly and caring people with a great mix of young families and couples who have lived in the neighborhood for decades.


3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
     We love our close proximity to EVERY necessity. We are literally 2 minutes from Harmon's Grocery store, gas stations, Dixie State University, the gym, hospital, the temple, Cox Park, and good restaurants.


4. What specifically drew you to the property?
     Our house has a well thought-out split bedroom floor plan with the master bedroom on the main floor apart from the other 3 bedrooms that are also on the main floor. The home also has a separate office. Large 5th bedroom upstairs could also be used as a second living room. The master bedroom suite is huge with a beautiful master bathroom and jetted tub. We love being in our spacious kitchen with its custom cabinets and granite counter tops. Clean-up is easy with the central vac system that includes a kitchen baseboard vacuum. The home has lovely wooden plantation shutters. We enjoy our covered back patio the full length of the house. This house has more storage than you will ever need including abundant laundry room storage, an attached storage room in the rear of the house filled with wall-to-wall shelving, a large attic above the 3 car garage, a tuff shed, and large closets with custom shelving.
