The things I love about my town are nice sunny weathers, abundance of outdoor activities (national parks, state park, Sugar Loaf, etc.), and lots of community events happening all throughout the year. The city has many parks, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, trails, etc.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:


Our neighborhood is great because we are close to everything. We are just a few minutes away from the historic Tabernacle, St. George Temple, and other historical buildings.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":


We are in a central location and close to everything. Just a few minutes away from the hospital, parks, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, golfing, library, town square, restaurants, shopping, schools, walking/bike trails. You can't ask for a more convenient place.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?


What really drew us in was the amount of space in this house. Also it had everything I wanted like lots of counter space in the kitchen, laundry room, and a fireplace. The property also had features that we didn't know to ask for, such as water softener, reverse osmosis, second family room, and a bonus storage room.

5. Hobbies in the area?


We love to play pickle ball and tennis which is located just a few blocks away. We also like to go on bike rides. The trails start just down the street a few minutes away.

6. Anything else?


The landscape is maintained by the HOA, and we have the use of the clubhouse and the pool. Eventhough we are in the heart of everything, the neighborhood is very quiet because our home is located on the inside of the townhome complex and not on the street side. This also makes backing out of our garage a breeze.
