1. Things you love about your town:


There is an endless list of things we love about Sand Hollow. We love being across the street from Sand Hollow Reservoir. Water activities, and lunch on the soft sandy beach with the family makes such fun memories. Across the street from the reservoir begins the sand dunes. We park our razor in our 3 car garage so we can drive it to the dunes as often as we want. The amazing 18-hole Sand Hollow Golf Course is incredible, and we eat often at the delicious grill in the club house while we watch golf tournaments. Sand Hollow enjoys quiet nights with more stars than you can imagine. Just 15-20 minutes from St. George, Sand Hollow is perfect!

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:


Our neighborhood peaceful. It is a place of rest and relaxation, but activities and adventure surrounds us. It is tucked perfectly between golf, water, sand, stars, and is near restaurants, theaters, shopping, Zions Park, and lots of sun!

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":


We love the short drive to Hurricane where we buy our gas, diet Cokes, our groceries and necessities. We frequent the local eateries, and shop in the independently owned shops. We are so close to Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other beautiful places to explore. The opportunities are endless.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?


When this lot became available, we were delighted. We are struck by the incredible views from the large windows and deck. We are awed by the layers of colors our view offers. There is no home with a more impressive view of the land and sunsets. It is a place of solitude, peace, and beauty. There is no better place for a good night’s sleep.

5. Hobbies in the area?


It is so easy to begin the day fishing on the lake, or golfing the beautiful course. We love to take walks, ride bikes, golf, and take our razor out on to the sand dunes. It's nice to end the day with a swim in the lake. It is quiet and relaxing, which energizes the soul. We should also mention the regulation-size horseshoe pit in the back yard. The large grass area (with space for a large pool), and the built in rock stairway from the front to the back yard.

6. Anything else?


Another thing that we should mention is how very much our children and grandchildren love this home and location. There is a bunk room with steps leading to six different built in bunk beds. Each bed has a light, a shelf, and a plug for charging iPads, or phones. The grandchildren love the toy shelves and dedicated space just for them. They also love the castle room, and the hidden room under the stairs. Such adventures await!
The adults love the large bedrooms (each with their own door to the hot tub. The kitchen is fabulous, with a double oven, farmhouse sink, white cabinets, and black granite countertops. The lighting is beautiful and custom chosen for the home.
