1. Things you love about your town:

 

The things I love about my town are how close the location is the grocery store, gas stations, schools, churches, parks, vacation areas (Zions, Bryce, north rim of the Grand Canyon, lake Powell, etc.)

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:

 

Our neighborhood is great for kids, picnics (vintage park is across the street), friendly neighbors, etc.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

 

I stopped by Davis market at least once a week. The employees are always helpful and have gone out of their way to get the items I really desired into the store.

Within 10 minutes (in hurricane) there are restaurants and a movie theater for date night. Or within 30 min there is Zions national park for a lot of hiking and beautiful scenery. They do call LaVerkin 'the gateway to the parks'

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

 

The location was just far enough away from St. George to avoid the city traffic. I really like that a smaller town (hurricane) was close by for many of the conveniences I may need.
Also, it is close to the national parks.

We needed extra R/V parking for our company trailers, boat, etc., this house really addressed that need.

5. Hobbies in the area?

 

We love to go boating and being close to both quail lake and sand hollow is a real convenience. We really like that lake Powell is just a few hours away for family vacations.

6. Anything else?

 

We should mention are how quiet and relaxing the neighborhood is. Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful.
