The things I love about my town are: it has a small-town feeling, with large-town conveniences; beautiful scenery; it is close to multiple national parks; great schools; and it's a great place to raise a family.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is great for families. There's a City park in the middle of our neighborhood. Our home is close to the school, softball fields and pickle ball courts. Wonderful schools, and is conveniently tucked away from the huddle and busses of town. There are many neighborhood parties and plenty of children for our kids to play with. It really is a perfect location.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

I like how close our home is in relation to grocery stores, the summit athletic club, churches, and the hospital.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

When we first saw the property we were drawn in by the beautiful location. There are many wonderful families flocking to the neighborhood. It was, and remains, an up incoming area. We love the Little Valley area.

5. Hobbies in the area?

I love to run and I love how safe I feel running all over the neighborhood. My husband enjoys biking. There are parks, ball fields and pickle ball courts within walking distance. Many of our neighbors take advantage of the wide open spaces and many ATV trails.
