  The Tamarack Ridge Estate neighborhood is very quiet yet filled with GREAT/FRIENDLY neighbors. It is located within an excellent school district, near downtown, the St. George Airport, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, bike paths & the main thoroughfares - River Rd, Brigham Rd & I-15.
3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
  Within 5-minutes of the property are Harmon's Supermarket, Costco, Dixie Regional Medical Center, local golf - St. George Golf/SunRiver Golf/Southgate/Sunbrook, fitness - Summit Athletic Club/Planet Fitness/Anytime Fitness, many national & local restaurants, Dixie State University and just a few minutes further is The St. George Airport!

  If you enjoy recreation, this area provides plenty of opportunities; golf (17 courses within 45 min drive), Sand Hollow State Park & Quail Creek Reservoir (enjoy boating, 4-wheeling & hiking), hiking (Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park) & skiing is but about 90 minutes away!
