The things I like about my town are the outdoor life styles. Golf, hiking, biking, fishing, exercise gyms, and boating in the local lakes, are only a few of the many activities. The local hospital is a wonderful facility to have in our town. The local University offers many continuing educational opportunities to the local population.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:


Our neighborhood is great because of the great neighbors. We lookout for each other personally. We watch their property for them when they are gone by picking up their newspapers, putting out and taking in garbage cans, and watching for unfamiliar cars or people around their houses.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":


Grocery stores and gas stations are close by. The hospital is only five minutes away. The grade school and the high school are five minutes away and the middle school is ten minutes away.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?


What drew us in was the spectacular view. We have an unobstructed, panoramic view of the City, Pine Valley Mountain, the Temple, the 14th green of the St. George Golf Club, the tops of the mountains of Zion Canyon, and the northwest area of the City.

5. Hobbies in the area?


We love to hike and bike the trail which is below us in Fort Pierce Wash. Webb Hill, which is two streets away, is a great place to climb for a good workout in just a few minutes while getting a great view of the area.

6. Anything else?


A few other things we should mention are: Our utility bills are super low because our house is well insulated and has low-e double pane windows, we are served by Dixie Electric with the lowest rates in the area, and we have ground source heating and cooling systems.
Our house is very friendly to anyone who has mobility problems. There are no steps required to enter or exit the main floor or the daylight basement. Wide halls and doorways allow good access for wheel chairs and walkers. In addition, we have an elevator.
