Our neighborhood is very quiet and private, without a lot of traffic. We are above St. George so the town lights don't diminish the star gazing at night.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

 

I always pop down to Albertson's right down Dixie Drive. Sunset Avenues has a great meat shop as well so I can get two things done at once. Green Valley Spa and Resort has a great gym, tennis courts, Jacuzzi and various pools to soak in and it is two blocks away. You also get a discount at the gym and pool if you belong to Green Valley North Cottages.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

 

When I first saw the home I envisioned a new remodel inside and out and I ended up with a quaint home that is the cutest home in St. George.

5. Hobbies in the area?

 

I love to Mountain bike, play tennis and take my dog for a walk in Pine Valley.

6. Anything else?

 

Our utility bills are low, our water bills are low as well as the HOA fees are low and include cable T.V., yard maintenance, and access to the pool.
