1. Things you love about your town / neighborhood:


The things I love about my town are: Its a small town and most people know each other. A lot of people still leave their doors unlocked. All the kids in town go to the same high school and are united in their loyalties. The town comes together to support one another. Brian Scott as an example, high school star athlete who was diagnosed with Leukemia, the entire town raised money and helped his family. We live in a small town but are close enough to St. George that we can shop and enjoy the conveniences of a larger city in just a few minutes, but don't have to deal with the crowds. We are surrounded by recreational opportunities, Zion National Park, Sand Hallow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, The Dunes, Red Cliffs, etc.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:


Our neighborhood is great for be in the center of town, but feeling like you are out in the fields. The large open fields behind us and the one acre lots give us the opportunity to enjoy nature. We have had baby birds, bunnies, and ducks born in our back yard and often see deer prancing through the fields behind us. It is a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic. We have a great mixture of older couples and families and we all look out for one another. Needing a cup of sugar or an egg on a Sunday afternoon is never a problem.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":


The conveniences of town are literally in our back yard. It is two blocks to the grocery store, Walgreens, post office, the bank, gas station, the beauty shop and even fast food. Our kids could walk or ride their bikes to school, practice, and even the movie theater. Work is you couldn't ask for a better location, but don't forget it doesn't feel like you are that close to town. You can't really understand without coming out and experiencing it for yourself.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?


Large lots in the middle of town. We have enough room to have fun and make a little noise without bothering our neighbors. Neighborhood is beautiful and everyone keeps up their property. The views are magnificent. You can see Pine Valley Mountains to the west, Kolob Canyons to the North and Zion National Park to the East.

5. Hobbies in the area?


Four wheeling is big in this town. You can drive you to the gas station and to the Dunes. We take our Can Am from the house to hills and everywhere in between. We enjoy spending the day with friends or company at Zion National Park, or Sand Hallow State Park. This is a great place to own a boat, four wheeler, or camper because so many recreational opportunities are so close. We have spent time camping and fishing at Kolob Canyons.

6. Anything else?


We are right in the middle of the action. Our kids friends were always at our house because of this. We were the place to come for lunch, after sporting events or just to chill in between activities because it wasn't far from anything.
