I love our area, we are central to everything, shopping, freeway, entertainment. I am especially grateful for great neighbors, they have neighborhood get togethers during holidays and really are there for each other.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:

I love the cul de sac with children. It has less traffic and the kids have a great time.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

You can get to any convenience that you need within 5 minutes, and that includes Hospitals, shopping and you can even run to City Hall if you forget to pay your power bill and get it back on before anyone knows.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

Without a doubt the cul de sac and the location.

5. Hobbies in the area?

We love the close biking and walking trails, and you can be to Sand Hollow within 20 minutes.

6. Anything else?
