1. Things you love about your town:
  Washington City is a great town that is packed full of things to do. There are two lakes within 15 minutes that cover fishing and water sports for the entire family. The city sponsors holiday parades, breakfast, and 'Cotton Days' festival, all great events. The shopping for food, clothing, hardware, entertainment are so close yet far enough away to keep the quiet neighborhood in your backyard.
2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:
  The community is so well maintained and there are two swimming pools to enjoy and plenty of pickle ball courts for the active adults. There are over ten miles of walking/hiking paths for keeping in shape. The neighbors are so friendly and the club house is always holding "to-do" activities for young and old. The HOA publishes a quarterly newsletter announcing special events, such as an annual community garage sale (which is well attended), Easter egg hunts, and adult activities. Our neighborhood is great for family and neighbor get together's. The walking paths are a great way to keep active. You can see the interstate from the back yard, but cannot hear it. Total privacy in your yard with 6-foot block walls. There are parks, both small and large located throughout the subdivision.
3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
  Dixie Regional Medical Center is currently doubling in size and is home to some of the most prominent doctors in their field. Dixie State recently became a university and is expanding their campus and curriculum. They also host a special 'Senior Education' program at a greatly reduced fee. Several nation-wide grocery stores are available within minutes of our house. There are several gas stations close by as well as name-brand restaurants. All nationwide banking institutions are represented and convenient. The major hardware stores and Nurseries are conveniently located as well. There is a Holiday Inn Express located within Coral Canyon, a Harley-Davidson dealership, and a restaurant.
4. What specifically drew you to the property?
  Coral Canyon is a 30 minute drive away from Zion National Park, and just minutes away from two reservoirs that accommodate boating, fishing, and water sports. The views of the Red Rock and Zion are spectacular. Photo opportunities abound.
5. Hobbies in the area?
  We especially enjoyed walking the trails convenient to our house. The mild climate provides longer months for gardening, golfing, and especially NO SNOW! 
Coral Canyon has its own golf course, two swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor) pickle-ball courts, and tennis courts. There is an exercise facility and club house meeting rooms.
Our utilities are especially low because Silver Shield and additional insulation were used in construction. 
The back yard is large enough for a pool and meets requirements to do so. It is currently wired for a hot-tub with 220 volt hookup for a motor home.
You are minutes away from the Huntsman Senior Games headquarters, a great annual event, triathlon and the St. George Marathon.
