  There are so many things to love about St George! Everything is here! There is shopping, parks for kids and families and parks for seniors young at heart, lots of outdoor recreation (even a few fish ponds to go fishing), a few community centers to choose from and golfing a few miles up the road. You get all of this with a small town feel. Everything you need is within a 15 minute drive!
 
2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:
 
  Our neighborhood has many friendly people! There are 3 parks nearby: 2 parks are 1/2 mile away and one is right down the street! There is a great view of the mountains in Zion from the front porch. Our home is located on a quite street (traffic wise) and not far from the city amenities. If you like to walk near the river (or take a little dip) there is access just across the street.
 
3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
 
  If you are looking for grocery stores you don't need to look very far. There are so many to choose from (Albertsons, Walmart and Smiths are 1 mile away, Harmonds is 2 miles away) and Costco is just up the road and around the corner. The Intermountain Regional Medical Center is located a couple of miles around the hill.
 
4. What specifically drew you to the property?
 
  When we first saw this property there were so many things that drew us in! One thing that we really liked was how big the back yard was compared to the other homes in our neighborhood. The fish pond added a touch of relaxation anytime of day, just grab a book and a chair and sit in the shade of the tree and enjoy! The tree up front provides shade throughout the spring and summer. The front yard is desertscaped for very little maintenance.. There is space in the backyard for a swimming pool, trampoline or space for kids or a dog to run around. The home has many updated storage options inside with big bonus room in the back of the house for an office, craft or playroom that has a french door to close for privacy. The main living area and media/dining room is wired for surround sound. There is a split air system so you aren't heating or cooling the whole house at once. The master bedroom is very spacious with a big window viewing the back yard. 5. Hobbies in the area?
 
  There are so many different parks to explore in St George. There are nature parks, parks with playgrounds, parks with splash pads and walking paths, there are walking parks and a lot of trails to run, walk and ride bikes on. The hiking and biking opportunities are endless and it is only a short drive to Zion, Snow Canyon, Pine View Mountains, Brianhead and Cedar City for the Shakespeare Festival. Tuacahn Amphitheater and Kayenta have year round entertainment and events.
 
6. Anything else?
 
  A few other things to mention is the shop right outside the back door that has an air conditioner unit and electricity so you can stay cool as you work on projects. There is a fully covered back patio for relaxing, having a BBQ or parties!
