One of the things we love about St. George is the area and neighborhood we live in. Our neighbors are so warm and friendly. Another thing we love is the convenience. We are only 5 to 7 minutes from anyplace we want to be in this town, hospitals and shopping at all the local stores, including 2 minutes to the mall.
We chose this area after 2 years of searching for a corner lot for building our dream home. It turned out to be the perfect spot. We didn't know it then, but being nestled among the hills and trees, we have less wind than other places do in St. George. We also love the privacy it affords next to a nature park with a spring fed pond, fish, birds and wildlife. It is like a little oasis in the desert.
The home is a custom-built home by Chad Anderson of Circle A Builders. It is a well-built, spaciously designed home with all 2 X 6 construction, and many features that are hard to find in most homes, today. It is a corner property and is well-landscaped with mature trees and bushes all on a drip system for easy maintenance. There are fruit trees that supply us with peaches, apricots, Fuji apples, and figs, and some fresh herbs for cooking.
