1. Things you love about your town:
     I love that Washington still has the small town feel. They have many parades/activities that involve the whole community.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:
     There are so many great neighbors and families. The kids always have someone to play with. We have block parties bi-annually where everyone is responsible to bring a side dish and we have a large BBQ. The clubhouse is great for activities, birthday/pool parties, etc. There are many great streets and paths for a quick or long walk.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
     We now have a great access to the I-15 with the completion of the road that runs up to the #13 exit off Washington Parkway. With the Maverik in walking distance, it's great to always grab a quick drink, snack and a movie or to fill up your vehicle. Plus we are just minutes from Walmart and Home Depot.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?
     I loved the fact that it had a basement. The extra space is great for the kids and when guests come over. Ours is the prime unit it the subdivision because the building is positioned so that we don't get the hot afternoon sun. Plus we have a large green area next door, the largest space behind with great views and a long driveway that allows for 2 vehicle parking (where most only fit one).

5. Hobbies in the area?
     The townhome is in a great location for quick access to Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. The Washington Recreation Center is within a mile with a wonderful indoor pool, gym, basketball and volley ball courts, as well as other activities available.

6. Anything else?
     There is an property owners association that includes caring for the landscaping in all the common areas and the clubhouse and pool maintenance. The pool is fantastic on hot summer days.
