He was also recently awarded both 2005 and 2006 top Listing Agent within the Exit Red Rock Realty Brokerage.

As any seasoned real estate veteran can attest, “all real estate is local”, and Jeremy Larkin is proud to be a true Washington County local, graduating from Dixie High, Dixie State College and Southern Utah University. He is such a local that he often jokes about living in four different homes along a three-block strip of 600 East in downtown St. George. With a lifetime of residency and involvement in the local community, Jeremy maintains and regularly communicates with one of the largest contact databases in the area.

Jeremy is a Level 2 and “Mastermind Group” member of Success Strategies Institute, one of the nation's leading Real Estate Coaching & Mentoring organizations with over 1000 of the nation's Top Agents under its' Umbrella. In order to ensure that he is on the "cutting edge" of Real Estate Technology, Marketing & Trends, Jeremy takes part in 4 private training calls and 8 conference calls every month. Additionally, he travels 3-4times per year to rub shoulders with the “best of the best”, attending multi-day, hands-on sales and marketing training events.

BUILT ON A STRONG FOUNDATION....
Prior to launching the Larkin Group, Jeremy spent nearly four years building one of the largest privately held commercial portfolios in Washington County. Working under the direction of several of Southern Utah’s most prolific developers, Jeremy played an integral role in the day to day marketing, leasing and management of such local high profile projects as Ft. Pierce Industrial Park, Sunset Corner, Pineview Plaza and Main Street Plaza.

COMMUNITY MINDED.....
Jeremy is actively involved in numerous local civic groups including the Southern Utah Home Builder’s Association (SUHBA), Southern Utah Performing Arts Festival Board, and is a Past President & Board Member of the St. George Exchange Club (National Exchange Club).

STILL HAS A LIFE!!!!!.....
Jeremy and his wife Megan are the proud parents of four beautiful children, Pierce, Abigail, Elijah and Matthew. In his spare time, Jeremy can be seen pedaling his bike across the county, and also enjoys triathlon, skiing, gardening and spending time with his family.

Prior to joining the Larkin Group, Carrie played in integral role for two of Washington County’s most productive sales teams, once managing new construction escrow for 45 transactions at one time! Carrie was also a key player in the build-out of Desert Meadow development, coordinating color selections, change forms and addendums.

As a licensed Mortgage Lender in Utah, Carrie offers our team and clients solid experience and a lender’s “point of view” to all transactions that is invaluable. Because of this experience, Buyers & Sellers can be confident their transaction is in good hands and if we have any say in the matter, they will close! Most importantly, Carrie has a keen sense of how to handle the client’s every need during the sales or purchase process.
