  There are many things I love about my town. Firstly it is a small town feel without being too out of the way. I love how there is diversity.
 
2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:
 
  Our neighborhood is great for outdoors activities. There are mountains all around and so many things to do.
 
3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":
 
  There are is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance which is really nice. I love the cute little coffee shop down the street. We are also close to so many outdoor activities such as Zions, Toquerville falls and many more.
 
4. What specifically drew you to the property?
 
  When we first saw this property I fell in love with the kitchen. It is super spacious and that is where everyone seems to gather so this was so important. I also fell in love with the backyard. When I saw it I imagined all the barbeques and get togethers that could take place. It feels very comfortable.
 
6. Anything else?
 
  A few other things we love is the options for keeping utilities low. There is AC/Heat but there is also a working wood burning stove and also irrigation water (unlimited use of irrigation water during warm months for a set price via La Verkin City). Also there are over 10 fruit trees around the yard and nothing is better than going out and picking your own food.
