1. Things you love about your town:

 

4 miles up the road has some of the best mountain biking trails in the nation! They hold the Red Bull Rampage Bike Rally every year. There is TONS of hiking, hunting, and fishing in the area. The views are absolutely gorgeous. Zion National Park is 20 minutes up the road.

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:

 

Our neighborhood holds a picnic/barbecue each year. The neighbors are very nice and Halloween in this neighborhood is a blast! There is a coffee shop at the entrance to the neighborhood that has great java and people meet there for coffee and chatting daily.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

 

Davis' Farmers Market Grocery Store is very convenient, just 2 minutes from the house. So is the Maverik, so I never run out of gas. I visit Crossfit Black Ridge everyday - the people there are amazing and the workouts are a ton of fun. The River Rock Roasting Company coffee house in town is awesome; great food and coffee along with fantastic views. And they just opened a new restaurant that has great food all day.

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

 

This property has one of the most amazing views of any of the homes in the neighborhood. The land behind us will never be built on, so the unobstructed view will never go away.

5. Hobbies in the area?

 

I absolutely love Crossfit Black Ridge, which is located just 5 minutes from the house. I also love to go to the River Rock Roasting Company coffee house, which is just up the street. Other than that, we're here for the hiking and the beautiful scenery.
