The things I love about our town include being minutes from hiking and biking trails, many golf courses, lakes and the heart of St George. We have so many parks with splash pads and things do with our family. We have gorgeous weather and love that we get to spend so much time outside!

2. Tell us something about your neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is great for running and walking without worry! Our neighborhood is full of young families and older couples and feels very safe! It is a fabulous neighborhood for Trick or Treating! Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

3. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, hospitals or any other "conveniences":

We are minutes from Walmart and Albertsons and they just opened a brand new road that leads directly to Maverick. They are in the process of building new restaurants and places to go just up the street, within walking distance!

4. What specifically drew you to the property?

When we found the property we fell in love with the large kitchen and open living space! Now the property also includes a fabulous laundry room with built in sewing desk! It's my favorite room in the house.

5. Hobbies in the area?

We love to walk to Sienna Hills park, which is located off of Washington Parkway just behind the church. We also like to go to the Washington Recreation Center to swim and use the gym facilities. The Rec Center is located next door to a great library, and they are only a few streets away.

6. Anything else?

We also have an indoor pool and spa in our neighborhood clubhouse and very low HOA dues. Our house is located directly across the street from the clubhouse which gives us the best access to the pool and extra parking!
