What is Larkin Group Pie Day & Who's it for? It's our annual "THANK YOU" to all of our St. George (and surrounding area) real estate clients - the good folks who've allowed us to guide them in BUYING, SELLING or INVESTING in Washington County Real Estate.

Great idea - you must have stolen it, right? OF COURSE! I've always said that the best ideas are stolen from someone else! Larkin Group Pie Day was one of those ideas. 

When is it? Larkin Group Pie Day 2012 will be held between 4-6 PM on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at our Larkin Group / Keller Williams Realty Offices.

FROZEN pies, right? What are you NUTS?..... VEYO PIES! At Larkin Group Pie Day we don't screw around with low-quality stuff. These puppies are becoming world-famous since the Ironman St. George route ran past that corner. I chose Veyo pies because: A) They're ridiculously good, and; B) I love old fashioned small businesses in little quaint towns like Veyo, Utah. 

I'm a Larkin Group Real Estate client. How do I get my sweet Veyo Pies goodness?

1. RSVP for Larkin Group Pie Day by email to: pies@gostgeorge.com by November 14th. State Chocolate, Pumpkin or Apple in the subject line or body of the email. We will reply to confirm your order.​​​ BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME in case your email address has changed (we may not recognize you and we ​ain't ​giving these out to just anyone!)

2. PICK UP YOUR PIE at Larkin Group Pie day at our office on November 21st, between 4-6 PM. (1624 S. Convention Center Dr. St. George, UT 84790)

3. Tell your friends, family and neighbors about how your real estate agent is SO COOL that he gives his clients a PIE for Thanksgiving!

What if I'm out of town that day or can't make it to Larkin Group Pie Day? Tell us in the email and we'll make arrangements to get it to you. Can't have you missing out on your pie!

How can you be SURE who is a past client and who isn't? We've hired TSA employees to do full body & retinal scans at the door........just kidding. If we don't recognize our past clients we should be taken out and whipped with a switch.

Dixie Care & Share Food Drive and Door Prizes!

Giving away free stuff to our Larkin Group Real Estate clients is fun. What's even MORE FUN is using Larkin Group Pie Day to do some good, AND give away some free stuff while we're at it!. 

Last year we gave away a nifty gold iPod. This year we're going to give away an ASSORTMENT of fabulous prizes away for those who help US, help OTHERS at Dixie Care & Share. 

SO HERE’S THE DEAL: ​You've all heard that Dixie Care & Share is hurting this year, maybe closing their doors. I don't feel right about taking cash donations from you, so you're welcome to donate directly to them. HOWEVER, we asked them what else they needed and we can help that way.

We'll be drawing for door prizes after the Larkin Group Pie Day event for any client who brings in either:

a.  5+ non-perishable food items OR

b.  1 package of baby diapers (no…not ADULT diapers!)

You can bring MORE of each, or NONE of each. You just won’t be in door prize drawings if you don’t. This is a small group of our best clients so your odds of winning something cool are HIGH!  We'll draw for prizes after the event and notify you via phone, email, the Larkin Group Facebook page.....any # of ways.
